HORSE BIT TRUST SWEET IRON BEVAL CHERRY ROLLER 16MM

The TRUST Sweet Iron Beval Cherry Roller Bit is designed for horses that tend to lean on the contact, grab the bit, or become heavy in the rider’s hand. Combining the action of a Cherry Roller mouthpiece with the versatility of a Beval cheekpiece, this bit promotes a lighter, more responsive connection while offering the option of mild leverage.

The Cherry Roller mouthpiece features a single-jointed design with loose-moving rollers positioned on both sides of the joint. These rollers encourage the horse to play with the bit and discourage it from grabbing, leaning on, or locking onto the contact. The increased tongue activity and chewing action help promote relaxation and acceptance of the bit.

The Beval cheekpiece consists of loose rings with two additional half-rings positioned on the inside. The bridle cheekpiece attaches to the upper half-ring, while the reins can be attached either to the large main ring for a direct action or to the lower half-ring for a mild leverage effect and additional poll pressure. The bit can be ridden with one or two reins, allowing riders to fine-tune the level of control and influence.

The mouthpiece is made from Sweet Iron, a material that naturally oxidises when exposed to moisture. This process creates a sweet taste that stimulates salivation and encourages the horse to accept the bit more willingly, promoting a softer and more relaxed contact.
