TWITCH HIPPOTONIC

The HIPPOTONIC Horse Twitch is a traditional stable aid designed to help keep a horse calm and safely controlled during professional care, grooming, clipping, or other procedures where temporary restraint may be required.

The twitch features a grooved wooden handle and strong rope, allowing it to be applied and handled securely. A correctly applied twitch works through controlled stimulation of the sensitive nerve endings around the horse’s upper lip, which can promote the release of endorphins and help reduce the horse’s reaction during a procedure.
