BIT STUBBEN SINGLE JOINTED SNAFFLE BIG RINGS 2426 (Trial)

The Stübben Snaffle Single Jointed Bit with Big Rings is a reliable, time-tested choice for riders seeking clear communication and a traditional feel. Featuring a single-jointed mouthpiece, it applies pressure primarily to the tongue and bars, creating a direct connection that encourages the horse to lighten in the contact and respond to subtle cues. The central joint produces a gentle nutcracker effect, helping promote responsiveness without harshness.

What sets this bit apart is its Sweet Copper mouthpiece—a special alloy with a naturally sweet taste that stimulates salivation and improves bit acceptance. Horses are drawn to its flavor and warmth, resulting in a more relaxed jaw and improved focus during work.

The large loose rings add increased mobility, allowing the bit to move freely in the horse’s mouth. This encourages softness and prevents the horse from bracing against the bit. The oversized rings also help prevent pinching and add a touch of lateral stability, making this bit suitable for a variety of horses and training needs.
