Trial Bit Terms and Conditions

1. HOW IT WORKS

The Bit Bank allows you to try bits with your horse before making a purchase decision. Our goal is to help you find the most suitable bit without the risk of buying one that does not fit your horse.

• Choose the bits you would like to try.

• The full price of the bits is paid upfront – this amount serves as a refundable deposit and is returned if the bits are returned on time and in proper condition.

• The bits are provided for a 14-calendar-day trial period, calculated from:

  • the day of collection (if collected in a physical store);

  • the day following the dispatch date (if the bits are shipped to the customer).

• During this period, the bits may be tested and a decision made – to keep them or return them.

2. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

• Bits are delivered in accordance with the delivery terms of our online store. More information can be found in the delivery information section.

• Bits must be returned via the Omniva returns system:
  https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/parduotuves/horsemarket-lt

• Bits may also be returned to any of our physical stores (Vilnius or Klaipėda).

• Return shipping costs are charged according to Omniva’s current rates.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

• Returned bits must be clean, undamaged and include all original parts (if applicable).

• The customer must inform us about the return no later than the last day of the trial period.

• If the bits are returned correctly:

  • Cash payments are refunded immediately.

  • Payments made by bank transfer are refunded within 5 business days.

• If the customer decides to keep the bits, they must inform us before the end of the trial period.

4. LATE RETURNS

• If the bits are returned late without prior agreement, a penalty of 0.02% of the amount per overdue day will be applied.

• The penalty will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

• If the bits are not returned on time and no notice is given, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The trial period may be extended only with prior agreement.

• If purchasing bits that have not been tested:

  • Discounts do not apply.

  • Full prepayment is required.

  • Delivery time: 2–5 weeks.
