The Freejump X’AIR SAFE Cartridge is specially designed for FREEJUMP airbag vests, ensuring maximum safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Made from cast steel with a welded seal, it guarantees consistent activation and fast inflation of the airbag when needed.

FREEJUMP cartridges are developed specifically to work with FREEJUMP airbag systems and are the only cartridges approved for FREEJUMP air vests, including those manufactured by FREEJUMP for the Pénélope and Equithème brands. Use of the correct certified cartridge is essential to ensure proper inflation speed and rider safety.

The cartridge is available in multiple capacities to perfectly match the vest size and deliver efficient activation.

• 16 g – children’s sizes S and M
• 18 g – children’s size L, XXS and XST
• 20 g – size S
• 24 g – sizes ST and M
• 33 g – sizes MT to XL

Correct cartridge sizing is important to guarantee proper inflation of the body protector.

FREEJUMP airbag vests are certified according to NF S 72-800:2022 and reach extremely fast inflation speeds of approximately 80–130 ms, depending on size. The quality of the cartridge seal plays a critical role in this performance.

FREEJUMP cartridges are manufactured in Austria or Japan, selected for consistent quality and dependable performance.

Note: CO₂ cartridges generally are not guaranteed to function correctly at temperatures below 0°C.
