Combining technical performance with the signature style of the Suede collection, the LeMieux Merino+ Suede Classic Close Contact Square is designed specifically for forward-cut jumping saddles. It combines a close-fitting jumping profile with the comfort, stability and pressure-relieving properties of the technical Merino+ blend.
The Close Contact design features a high wither cut, elasticated D-ring tabs and a swept-back profile, providing a precise fit beneath jumping saddles.
The integrated Merino+ rolls provide the look and security of a half pad without adding unnecessary bulk. The unique Merino+ blend combines natural Merino wool with technical fibres to help stabilise the saddle while reducing pressure on the horse's back.
A durable suede-effect upper is paired with a soft, breathable and friction-free bamboo blend lining. The bamboo lining helps regulate heat and efficiently wicks away sweat, keeping the horse comfortable during work.
The entire pad features specially developed friction-free suede-effect binding, designed to contour smoothly around the edges while helping the pad retain its shape and clean profile.
A durable, textured PU leather girth protection area helps protect the pad from the rider's boot, while LeMieux inner girth strap channels provide a precise and secure fit.

Care Instructions
- Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush before washing
- Machine wash at 30°C on a cool/wool cycle or hand wash
- Washing in a wash bag is recommended
- Use LeMieux Wool Wash
- Straighten and flatten the cotton fabric after washing
- Air dry only, away from heat sources
- Never tumble dry
- Avoid strong fabric conditioners
- Close all hook-and-loop fastenings firmly before washing
