Larger rings result in more diffused rein pressure and enhanced lateral guidance, which improves steering and minimizes the risk of the bit sliding through the mouth. They may also add a mild leverage effect depending on the rein position.

The Inno Sense Medium Port mouthpiece is slightly firmer than the Flexi Soft version and provides tongue relief through a central port, redirecting pressure toward the bars. This design is excellent for horses with sensitive tongues or those that tend to push their tongue out.
