The TRUST Sweet Iron Loose Ring Bradoon – Brass Ring is designed for horses that benefit from additional tongue stimulation and increased activity in the mouth. The mouthpiece features brass rings integrated into the centre, making it particularly suitable for horses with a less responsive or "dead" mouth that require more engagement with the bit.

The brass rings encourage tongue movement and chewing activity, helping some horses develop a more active contact. As every horse responds differently, this type of mouthpiece may create too much movement for sensitive horses and can result in a less stable contact.

The loose ring bradoon design allows the rings to move freely through the mouthpiece, creating greater mobility and encouraging relaxation in the jaw. Rein aids are transmitted less directly compared to fixed-ring bits, making the contact softer and more forgiving.

The smaller rings make this bit particularly suitable for use as a bradoon in a double bridle or as the secondary bit in combination with a hackamore.
