The beris Loose Ring Snaffle with Tongue Port Bar features a specially flattened tongue port that provides the tongue with optimal freedom. Many horses respond with increased suppleness, improved acceptance of the bit, and more active chewing.

This design is also ideal for horses that tend to play with their tongue or try to place it over the bit, as the tongue port effectively prevents this behaviour. It is particularly suitable for horses that do not tolerate conventional mouthpieces due to tongue pressure and react with tension, head tossing, or resistance.

The loose ring design allows greater mobility of the bit in the mouth, making it ideal for horses that prefer a more mobile and flexible feel. The rings move smoothly in durable copper sockets, ensuring even movement and significantly extending the working life of the bit.
