Complementary feed for horses to support calm behaviour, focus and concentration

Super So Kalm Powder provides key micronutrients to help horses maintain a calm outlook and concentrate on their work. It supports a healthy nervous system, helping horses manage stress responses in challenging situations.

The product is ideal for horses experiencing new environments, training regimes, travel or competition, where natural flight responses may lead to nervousness, loss of focus and undesirable behaviour.

The palatable powder is easy to mix into feed and features a low sugar formulation, making it suitable for horses and ponies on restricted diets.

Manufactured by Equine America, Super So Kalm Powder is BETA NOPS and UFAS accredited, making it suitable for horses competing under FEI regulations and the Rules of Racing, by reducing the risk of prohibited substances.

• Magnesium – 2.01 g

• Calcium – 1.0 g

• Vitamin B1 – 100 mg

• L-Tryptophan – 5.0 g

How Super So Kalm Powder works

• Magnesium supports normal nerve and muscle function and helps reduce neuromuscular excitability.

• Calcium works alongside magnesium to support correct nerve transmission and muscle contraction.

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) is essential for nerve impulse transmission and cellular energy production.

• L-Tryptophan is required for serotonin production, supporting mood and emotional balance.

All ingredients are fully compliant with FEI Clean Sport and Rules of Racing guidelines.

Directions for use

For a 500 kg horse:

• 30 g per day

• May feed an additional 30 g two hours prior to an event

Maximum: 60 g per day, divided into two feeds.

Introduce gradually and feed at the recommended level for at least 7 days before stressful activity. Suitable for long-term use.
