Respiratory challenges in horses

Horses and ponies are continuously exposed to respiratory challenges caused by airborne dust, fungal spores, pollen and other fine particulate matter, whether they are stabled or at pasture. These microscopic particles can irritate the sensitive lining (mucosa) of the respiratory tract, including the lungs.

Targeted nutritional support can help support the horse’s natural defences against these challenges. Airways Xtra Strength Powder contains a powerful blend of plant-derived essential oils to help maintain a healthy respiratory system.

Benefits of Airways Xtra Strength Powder

Eucalyptus oil is well known for its ability to help clear the respiratory tract of mucus build-up caused by exposure to dust, fungal spores, pollen and other fine particles.

Peppermint and its active component menthol have been used for centuries to help support open airways and reduce excess mucus. The natural compounds found in peppermint oil provide nutritional support for the horse’s own respiratory defence mechanisms.

Airways Xtra Strength Powder is a complementary feed designed to support a healthy respiratory system as part of a balanced diet.
