DERBY® Balance is a pelleted supplementary feed for horses with a reduced content of sugar and starch, free from grains and molasses.

Ideal for:

• Horses with sensitive metabolism (e.g. EMS, Cushing’s, laminitis-prone)

• Senior horses – easy to soak

• Horses with restricted feed portions requiring complete nutrition

Thanks to apple pomace, the feed is palatable even for picky eaters and supplies valuable pectins for digestive support. Alfalfa provides high-quality protein for muscle maintenance, and brewer's yeast supports both muscles and gut flora.

Feeding recommendation: As sole concentrate feed, with adequate quality hay or haylage.

Per 100 kg body weight:

• Light work – 0.3 kg

• Moderate work – 0.5 kg

NOTE: Actual amount depends on breed, metabolism type, and forage quality.

Tip: For horses receiving only small amounts and eating quickly, add a handful (approx. 100 g) of DERBY® Luzerne Pur per meal or soak the feed.
