BIT EGGBUTT SNAFFLE MEDIUM

The eggbutt mullen snaffle places itself perfectly in the mouth. With rein action the mouthpiece changes its angle and puts pressure on palate and tongue.

The form of the mouthpiece, as well as the soft transition to the rings prevent any pinching and make it also very stable in the horse’s mouth.

With its form and different available ring sizes this bit is especially suited for work with young horses. The smaller the rings, the faster and more direct the influence of the rider’s hand. The bigger the rings, the softer the influence of the hand.

With different degrees of hardness of the mouthpiece available, this bit can be fitted to almost any horse.

Beris : Bits of loving care – Bits that offer flexibility! Handmade in Germany

In developing the Beris bits they are continuously tested and approved by both professional and amateur riders.  The manufacturing knowledge combined with the riders experience and demands allows for improvements and enhancements of their bit making technology.  Beris Bits main focus, apart from using ‘State of the Art’ materials, is in protecting the extremely sensitive horse’s mouth.  All the mouth pieces are made using food-grade plastic and each metal piece is formed, welded and polished by hand.  The Beris bits provide special tension control due to form and material, this leads to better acceptance by the horse and therefore a smoother communication between horse and rider.
