DERBY® Gastro-Forte is a supplementary feed for horses with sensitive stomachs. It can lead to an optimization of the pH value and support the digestive tract, especially the stomach, in stressful situations. The natural acid buffers can protect the gastric mucosa. The apple pomace it contains provides natural pectins that protect the gastric mucosa by forming a gel layer. Sodium bicarbonate and seaweed flour stabilize the pH in the stomach at a physiological level and prevent acidification.

Magnesium and tryptophan have stress-reducing properties. In addition, lecithin provides direct building blocks for the mucous membrane cells in the gastrointestinal tract.
